SPA ESSENTIALS
- We recommend for you to book in advance.
- Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to you scheduled treatment.
- Please note certain treatments are not permitted for women within their first trimester of pregnancy.
- Please advise us of any health conditions which could affect your spa experience.
- A locker with Gown and Slippers will be provided during your visit at the spa.
- Please bring along your bathing suit if you would like to make use of the Jacuzzi or Rasul.
- During loadshedding some facilities may not be available.
- Adult supervision is required for Guests under the age of 16 years old.
- Please be considerate of others while in the spa, and turn all devices to silent.
- Please note a prepayment of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged on all bookings that are cancelled on the day of scheduled treatment.
