Part Time Beauty Therapist

The Positions available will require our qualified candidate to perform Massage, Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing and Tinting, Body and Facial treatments.

We require a minimum of 2 years experience in the beauty industry with a formal qualification.

No candidates will be considered without the relevant qualifications and experience required.

The current needs of the spa require candidates to work over weekends on a Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays and additional days during the week as needed by the business. The employment, although Part time is Permanent, and shifts are rotated between all part time staff. Currently all our part time staff work 45 hours per week.

Remuneration includes an hourly wage based on qualifications and experience, as well as a commission structure for services and retail from Rand 1, and added incentives to maximise earning potential.

Reception/Backup Therapist

We are looking for a Candidate from the Beauty Industry with Reception Experience to Join our Large Team.

We require a minimum of 2 years experience in the Beauty Industry with a minimum of 1 year experience in Front Desk/Admin.

No candidates will be considered without the relevant qualifications and experience required.

Successful Candidates Must be Well-Groomed, Have Strong Verbal and Written Communication, Must be a Team player, Reliable, Energetic, Mature, Responsible, Well-Spoken and Passionate about the Beauty Industry.

Ideally looking for candidate fluent in more than one language: English, Afrikaans and Xhosa.

Duties Include:

All Day to Day Operations of the Front Desk

Answering of Phone Calls and Messages from all Social Media Platforms

Scheduling of Bookings on SpaGuru

Processing of Clients Payments

Recording of all guests details on the database

Providing guests with an exceptional spa experience from the beginning booking process to their conclusive departure.

Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations

Opening and Closing of the Spa when your shift requires you to do so
